Elizabeth Warren is a 2020 Democratic presidential candidate who wants to literally break up tech companies like Google and Facebook, which would hurt USA’s internet influence while boosting China’s domination.
“Facebook chief executive Mark Zuckerberg has said his company will “go to the mat” if Elizabeth Warren is elected president and seeks to fulfill her promise to break up America’s tech giants.”, theguardian.com reported.
Andrew Yang has a better plan, he wants to give every American citizen a tiny slice of every Facebook ad in the form of a Universal Basic Income using a VAT tax on tech giants, that would dramatically benefit Americans, while not hurting the country.
“UBI is Social Security for the 21st century. Andrew Yang’s plan would help Americans.”
“Universal basic income” provides a floor under which no one can fall. It is not a handout to poor people, or to those who barely eke out a living, but a share in the prosperity this country has achieved by dint of the contributions of a vast majority of the people.”, USA Today reported.
The best thing about Andrew Yang’s policies is that they make sense and can work in the real world, while every other candidate has either no actual policy or has policies that only sounds good in theory.
Andrew Yang is currently polling at 8% nationwide according to emersonpolling.com, and analysts estimate that Yang is even higher than his best poll shows.
